The Digital Darkroom (part 2) - Advanced
In this section of the web site, we are going to look at some of the more advanced things that you can do in your digital darkroom.
In case you've jumped straight to this section without reading any of "The Digital Darkroom (part 1)", we use this term to mean the post processing of images on your computer. If often gets this name as many of the functions and effects that are available through photo editing software mimic what used to take place in the darkroom.
Some of the thinks we hope to look at in this section include:
- raster layers
- adjustment layers
- layer masks
- converting colour to black & white
- advanced manipulation
Remember to drop us an e-mail if you think of something specific you would like to see on the site, and if we have the knowledge, we'll do our best to include it. If not, then we know a lot of people that specialise in areas that we don't and may be willing to write a guest article for us.
